Where do the HenriWillig.com cheeses come from?

All cheese sold through our website www.henriwillig.com comes from our own company in the Netherlands.

To what countries do you ship orders?

My country is not among the countries listed above, do you ship to other countries as well?

If your country is not listed above, please contact us per email webshop@henriwillig.com. We will contact our shipper to see what available options we can offer you for your country of destination.

Can I send cheese over the summer or during a warm period?

Edam and Gouda cheeses remain perfectly fine outside the refrigerator. When the cheese is hot, ‘sweaty’ or soft at delivery, simply put the cheese in the refrigerator and you will see that the cheese becomes ‘hard’ again (the heat during transport will not compromise the quality and / or the taste of the cheese).

How long can I store your cheese?

After receiving our cheese it can be saved in the refrigerator for two months.

Can I freeze cheese?

It is better not to freeze cheese because this is bad for the taste.

I have placed an order in your webshop and I have not received my package and/or received any information so far regarding the shipment of my package. Can you help me?

When your order is handed over to our shipper, you will automatically receive an email notification with track and trace information. This way you can always check for the latest updates regarding the shipment of your order.

How long will it take before my order arrives?

It will take 2-4 days for us to process your order, prepare it for shipment, box it, and hand it over to our shipper. You can find the delivery times used by our carrier  in our Shipment and Delivery section.

I have seen an item in one of your cheesestores/cheesefarms and I cannot find it in your webshop. Can you help me?

We only carry a selected assortment online. However if you are looking for a specific item/cheese, please let us know webshop@henriwillig.com, and we will see what we can do for you.
