The cheese gets 5 stars! The whiskey cheese is amazing and I'd like to get more. If I'd realized how much I would have liked it, I would have e ordered six pieces! I hope it becomes part of the regular line.

However the crackers arrived in crumbs ????. Nothing was in box to keep them from being thrown about in shipping. One loose piece of paper was worthless.
Crackers should have "bubble wrap" around the bag to avoid breaking. The bits I was able to taste had good flavour.

Stumbled on this brand during a city break from Ireland. Absolutely the best cheese I have ever had in my life- and I'm a cheese connoisseur who tried many different brands, countries, types. So I'm ordering and only ever eating this cheese ever since the visit. Absolutely the best!!!
